NOKEDLY-HUNGARIAN NOODLES 
1 1/2 c. plain flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 to 1 c. soda water

Mix flour, eggs and onion salt by gradually adding soda water. Consistency will be thick, but smooth. using a teaspoon, dip small amounts into boiling hot water. Noodles will rise to the top when ready. Let cook for 60 seconds, then remove to draining bowl.

Use Nokedly in Gulyas or serve with Chicken Paprikas.

This is an authentic recipe, the first I've found online. My father was born in Nyiregyhaza, Hungary, and both of his parents were born and raised in Budapest. This is the exact recipe that my Grandmother handed down. Absolutely delicious!
