Love this recipe. After tossing with oil... I sprinkle on a little paprika & a little garlic powder... Outstanding!

Turned out great. I didn't use cooking oil- just sprayed a light layer of cooking spray directly on the fries and then the cookie sheet. Crispy and delicious.

I buy potatoes all the time. I couldn't figure out what to do with them besides mashed and fried. So, I sliced them up into french fries and portion them into baggies and freeze them. With that said the fries were good and you can add so much.

I have started making these with almost everything, and they taste great! I also love how you don't have to flip them 15 minutes in like bagged french fries. Also, a very healthy alternative to just about anything else potatoe-y.

OMG! These are amazing, I'm only 12 !! But these are so much better then the deep fried homemade ones, I could use less oil, but I kept them on broil for half the time and bake on the other, and they came out just right, I'm definitely going to use this again.

Loved the simplicity of the recipe, I usually deep fry my french fries. I prefer this to the frozen, and the deep fried. They come out crunchy and w/ a little bit of sea salt they are really yummy! :)
