PASTA SALAD | |
1 lb. rotini 1 tbsp. oil 1 stick pepperoni 1 pkg. jalapeno cheese 1 pkg. colby cheese 1 jar pepperocini 1 bottle Good Seasons or zesty Italian salad dressing 1 can black olives Fresh broccoli Fresh cauliflower, blanched pea pods Cook rotini as directed on package (undercook). Rinse rotini with cold water. Mix oil with rotini in large bowl. Slice pepperoni into bite size pieces, along with both cheeses. Mix with rotini. Add pepperocini (including juices), olives, peapods, and salad dressing. Mix well. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces and toss in salad. Refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving. |
