EASY BUT ELEGANT MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 beaten egg
1 large onion, grated
salt to taste
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix together meat, egg, onion and salt. Shape into small balls. Combine in a large frying pan the chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice. Heat to simmering. Drop meatballs into sauce and simmer until brown.

The meatballs and sauce may be refrigerated or frozen. Before serving, bring to room temperature, then reheat in a chafing dish.
