SESAME TEA CAKES 
2 1/4 oz. sesame seed
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/3 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Toast sesame seed. Cool. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sesame seed saving 2 tablespoons. Beat together butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour mixture alternating with milk. Mix only until blended. Pour into 2 greased 8"x4"x2" loaf pans or 3 pot pie tins. Sprinkle tops with sesame seed. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Will keep 1 week. Can be frozen. Good served toasted.
