FRITO PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper
2 or more jalapeno peppers, chopped fine

Cook the above until meat is done. Drain liquid. Add:

1 can tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. chili powder or more
Salt to taste
2 c. or more cooked pinto beans

Heat together.

To Serve: Layer Frito chips and grated cheddar cheese with meat mixture. Heat in oven to melt cheese and serve.

Or place Frito chips on plate with cheese, add meat mixture and cheese on top. Served like this the un-needed meat mixture can be stored and reheated.
