CORN PUDDING 
2 sticks butter
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans cream corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 tsp. onion, grated
cheese, grated

Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
