FAMILY FISH LOAF | |
20 oz. cooked flaked fish (halibut is great) 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. tomato sauce 2 tsp. onion flakes, soaked in water 1/2 c. bread crumbs Combine all ingredients. Shape into loaf and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cover with a low-fat tartar sauce for the last 5 minutes. Serve with vegetables from your garden. |
