CRISPY BAKED FISH FILLETS - LOW
CHOLESTEROL
 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash ground pepper
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. corn flake crumbs

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
