CRUMB-STUFFED TOMATOES 
3 tbsp. butter

1 med.-size onion, finely chopped (1/2 c.)
1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh thyme or 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
1/3 c. water

3 lg. tomatoes, scoop out pulp - fill with stuffing

Place in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
