POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag hash browns
2 c. colby jack cheese (grated)
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. grated onion
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 stick butter (melted)

Mix hash browns, cheese, soup, sour cream, and onions together; pour in a casserole dish. Mix butter and corn flakes; put on top of hash brown mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
