TUNA STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, flaked
2-3 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. capers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and dry mushrooms. Break off stems and save for soup or sauce. Mix lemon juice, onion, pepper and mayonnaise. Add capers and tuna and spoon into mushroom cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in a greased baking dish and bake until hot - about 20 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.
