TUNA - STUFFED SHELLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shell macaroni
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna
6 slices white bread, cut in 1/4 inch cubes
1 c. minced celery
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (walnuts)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce

About 1 1/2 hours before serving, prepare shell macaroni as label directs; drain well. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, with fork, Mix well all ingredients, except macaroni, brown sugar, and sauce. Stuff a tablespoon of tuna mixture into each shell. Stir brown sugar into sauce. Spoon half of sauce into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Arrange stuffed shell macaroni over sauce. Cover dish with foil. Bake 40 minutes or until heated. Makes 8 servings.
