TUNA STUFFED POTATOES 
4 potatoes, baked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans tuna, drained
1/2 c. chopped green onion (optional)

Slice potatoes in half, lengthwise. Scoop potatoes from shells and toss lightly with remaining ingredients. Place mixture back in shells and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
