TUNA - STUFFED BAKED POTATO 
6 med. potatoes, baked
6 tbsp. butter
Milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 can white tuna
1 c. grated American cheese

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scope out center into a bowl; reserve shell. Mash potatoes until smooth. Add butter, a small amount of milk, salt and pepper. Whip until fluffy. Add grated onion and tuna; mix well. Fill shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts and potatoes are heated through.
