HEALTHY BANANA BREAD 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 egg whites
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. plain non-fat yogurt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg whites and mashed bananas.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into large greased and floured loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out nearly clean. If bread is browning too quickly, reduce heat to 325°F.

A great breakfast treat for the kids or a healthy snack.
