HOMEMADE CHICKEN & NOODLES 
3 or 4 chicken breasts
3 bouillon (chicken) cubes
Water
Salt
2 cans chicken broth

NOODLES:

2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cover chicken with water in a large pot or Dutch oven. Boil chicken 1 hour. Remove chicken from broth; cool. To water in pot add 2 cans chicken broth, bouillon cubes and salt. Remove chicken from bones, tear into pieces and add to broth.

NOODLES: Mix all ingredients with fork until mixture is moist. On flour covered surface, roll out noodles with rolling pin. Cut noodles into thin strips 2 inches in length. Let dry. Slowly add noodles to boiling chicken, stirring constantly. Cook slowly, stirring often 1 1/2 hours or until noodles are tender.
