SIMPLY SAUCY CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, skinned and halved
1/4 c. mustard
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. jelly (apple or currant)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can (16 oz.) applesauce

In small bowl, mix mustard and brown sugar. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Coat each chicken piece with mustard-sugar mixture. Place in dish. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Melt jelly and combine with applesauce. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered about 1 hour until chicken is done.
