SAUCY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots
2 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinned & halved
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Arrange frozen vegetables in microwave pan (9 inch square pan) breaking apart if necessary. Arrange chicken breasts over vegetables. Cover with microwave plastic wrap. Microwave on high 14 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Rotate dish twice during cooking, drain. Sprinkle chicken with onion powder and garlic salt. In small bowl, combine soup, sour cream and thyme, mix well and pour over chicken and vegetables. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes until thoroughly heated. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over chicken. Microwave uncovered on high for 30 to 45 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
