EASY WESTERN BEANS 
2 (16 oz.) pinto, kidney, or pork and beans
1 lb. sausage (roll or link)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 onion, chopped
Hot sauce (to taste) optional

In a saucepan cook sausage and onion until done. Drain; add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
