WILD RICE SALAD 
Salad:

1 c. wild rice
3 c. chicken broth
3/4 lb. turkey or chicken breast, baked and cut
Lg. bunch of red grapes, seedless, cut in half
1 red pepper, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Cook wild rice and in chicken broth until liquid disappears. Cool. Mix together turkey or chicken, red grapes, red pepper, green onions and cooled rice.

Mix dressing with salad and sprinkle with chopped cashews or pecans or almonds and serve.

Dressing:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. honey
pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise, honey and pepper together well.
