CHICKEN ALCUPALCO 
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 can cream chicken
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. green chilies
1 tbsp. dried minced onions
1/4 c. toasted almonds
1/4 c. celery
12 flour tortillas

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mix and fill and roll into tortillas. Lay seam side down in pan.

Combine sauce mixture and pour over tortillas and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
