1/4 c. powdered paint pigment
1/4 c. powdered milk
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. warm water

1. Mix all dry ingredients together.

2. While stirring, gradually add water. Continue to stir until paint is smooth and creamy.

Makes slightly less than 1 cup. This smooth opaque paint is excellent for paint stage scenery, murals, posters or on waxed surface such as milk cartons.

Can be doubled or cut in half. Best to mix only as much paint as you will use at one time.

Mix colors in plastic jars or plastic spray can tops. This paint can be kept overnight in an airtight container or pour leftover paint into paint cups and allow to dry. Then use with a wet brush like any water paints.
