MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. meal
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 to 3 hot peppers, chopped
1 sm. can cream corn rinsed with 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
