CHICKEN EN CROUTE 
6 skinned & boned chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Dijon mustard
Purchased puff pastry
1/2 c. sherry or wine
6 ham slices
6 slices Swiss cheese

Cook chicken in oven 15 to 20 minutes, I spray with butter spray. Allow to cool. Wrap each chicken breast in ham slice. Coat with mustard. Sprinkle with tarragon. Wrap in cheese slices. Roll puff pastry to 4" round. Wrap around chicken and seal. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until pastry puffs.
