BEEF AND POTATO HOT DISH 
4 c. tater rounds
1 lb. ground beef
10 oz. chopped broccoli
28 oz. can Durkee onions
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Place tater rounds in 13 x 9 pan. Bake 20-30 minutes. Brown beef and drain. Add broccoli, 1/2 onions, tomato, put in tater shell.

Mix soup, milk, 1/2 cheese, and seasonings in a saucepan. Warm to light simmer, pour over beef mixture. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese and onion. Bake 2-3 minutes uncovered. 12-15 servings.
