HAMBURGER POTATO HOT DISH 
10 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion flakes
2 (51 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (51 oz.) can vegetable beef soup
5 qt. potatoes, cooked and sliced
Water as needed

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat, set aside. Combine soups, potatoes and water. Mix in meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until mixture is hot. Serves 50 3/4 cup portions.
