1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box French vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. sour cream
4 lg. eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. warm water
4 oz. German chocolate, grated
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 cans creamy milk chocolate frosting

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding, sour cream, eggs, oil, and water; blend well. Fold in grated chocolate, chocolate chips, and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool completely. Frost with 2 cans of creamy milk chocolate frosting.
