CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil or shortening, melted

Stir flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil. Beat until smooth. Put in greased pan.

Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
