FINGER LICKING GOOD CHICKEN | |
chicken self-rising flour salt and pepper oil Skin chicken and set aside for at least 4 hours in cold water in the refrigerator. This allows the chicken to absorb the water and allows the coating to stick better. Using a Baggie, shake chicken with self-rising flour, salt and pepper. Using an electric skillet at 350°F, fry chicken in enough oil just to cover halfway on the chicken parts. Only turn over once after the bottom has gotten completely brown. Otherwise, you tear off the coating. Enjoy! |
