STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 oz. mushrooms
3 slices bread
1 med. onion with 1 clove garlic
Stems
1/2 stick pepperoni
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Parmesan cheese

Cook onion, garlic, mushroom stems in butter. Add salt, pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese and bread. Stuff mushroom caps. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
