BAKED OMELET 
10 slices bread, cut in small cubes
6 eggs
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. milk
8 to 9 slices bacon, cooked crisp or mushrooms, sausage, etc.
3/4 tsp. salt

Butter 9 x 13 pan. Spread bread cubes on bottom. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. In bowl blend eggs, milk, salt and pour over bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
