BAKED CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked carrots
2 med. sliced onions
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. oil
1 can tomato soup

Put everything into a casserole dish and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
