BAKED SAUCED SCALLOPED 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. French's prepared yellow mustard
2 tbsp. cocktail sherry
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. scallops
Bleu cheese croutons or buttered bread crumbs

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add mustard, sherry and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a boil. Combine with scallops, spoon into shallow 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle croutons around edge. Bake 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbling. Serves 6.
