FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) container soft style cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peach preserves
2 tbsp. water
Kiwi fruit, sliced and peeled
Fresh strawberry halves
Fresh blueberries
Other fresh, frozen or canned fruit of your choice may be used

For cookie crust, press cookie dough into lightly greased 12 inch pizza pan. Prick with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool.

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture.

Combine preserves and water; drizzle over fruit. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Makes 16 servings.
