BLUEBERRY STRUDEL 
1 pt. fresh or frozen blueberries
2 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter. Add sugar slowly. Add eggs, one at a time, mix well. Add flour slowly, mix well. Place half of batter in a 9x13 inch greased and floured pan or 2 small pans. Add blueberries.

Plop remaining batter and spread over berries gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Drizzle with glaze made from milk and confectioners' sugar.
