BRAN DIET MUFFINS | |
1 c. Bran Buds 1/3 c. powdered milk 2 eggs 4 pkg. Sweet 'n Low 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 shakes cinnamon 1/3 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce or crushed pineapple Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Add the 1/2 cup applesauce or pineapple (I prefer the pineapple). Fill muffin cups more than half full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Store in sealed container in refrigerator. I usually get 6 large muffins. |
