LO - CAL BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 apple or 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 banana
2 eggs
2/3 c. dry non-fat milk & bran buds
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 packet sweetener

Mix together all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in muffin tins.
