2 cups (1 pint) cranberry juice cocktail
2 cups strong coffee or espresso coffee
1 tbsp. lemon juice
strip of orange peel (4-inches long)

Combine cranberry juice and coffee; add lemon juice and orange peel. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. Remove orange peel and pour liquid into after-dinner coffee cups.

Serve with sugar cubes.

Suggested garnish: cinnamon sticks.
