MOCHA LOG 
Note: Messy to make, but worth the trouble - delicious and different!

4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. dry cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs in a medium-sized bowl; beat in sugar gradually until mixture is thick; stir in vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and fold in. Pour into greased and waxed paper lined jelly-roll pan, 15 x 10 x 1 inch Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly pressed. Turn cake out onto a clean towel, sprinkled with confectioners' sugar, peel off paper. Roll up cake, wrap in towel, cool.
