POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated American cheese (10 slices)
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Thaw potatoes. Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into 9"x13" buttered casserole dish. Top with butter and corn flake mixture. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
