FANTASTIC FUDGE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. butter
3 c. sugar
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine evaporated milk, butter and sugar in a heavy 2 1/2-3 quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
