SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. diced onion
2 clove garlic
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 cans of water
Cornstarch to thicken

Cook ground beef until brown. Add salt, pepper, onions, and garlic. Cook until onions are transparent. Add tomato sauce, sugar, oregano, and water to meat mixture. Simmer for 45 minutes; add cornstarch to thicken before serving.
