PORK CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 c. chopped celery 2 lg. cans mushrooms 3 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix 1 c. chopped onion 8 c. water Brown pork and drain; boil 8 cups of water with rice and soup mix; cook 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in baking dish with lid. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6. |
