CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 whole chicken breasts, split
2 or 3 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream OR plain yogurt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika to garnish

thaw and drain broccoli. Boil chicken in 2 cups water for 45-60 minutes; cool; remove bones and skin. Lay broccoli in 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Mix together soup, sour cream or yogurt, Cheddar cheese, lemon juice and curry. Pour 1/3 over broccoli. Lay on chicken breasts. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 8. (May be prepared up to a day ahead of time and refrigerated until time to bake.)
