1 box spice cake mix
3 med. apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Prepare cake as directed on package. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a well greased baking dish; 13 x 9 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; or until done. Top with icing.

ICING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar slowly and beat. Add vanilla and pecans.
