STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut thin
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/8 c. red wine
1 pt. sour cream

Cut steak across grain in thin slices. Mix and pour ingredients over steak. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hour with lid on. Stir in 1 pint (or less) of sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
