1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 tbsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas

Brown ground beef and onions in skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Pour off drippings. Stir oregano and salt into beef. Lightly brush tortillas with oil. Bake tortillas on baking sheets in preheated 400 degree oven for 3 minutes. Spoon beef mixture evenly over top of each tortilla. Top with tomato. Sprinkle with basil and cheeses. Return to oven and bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
