SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork (optional)
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 c. Pet milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine

Soak bread crumbs in milk, then mix everything together. Coat hands in flour and shape everything into small balls. Brown in skillet in 3 tablespoons butter. Remove balls and place in casserole. Add a little water to drippings and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Pour over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
