GARDEN PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. tri-color corkscrew noodles
1 clove garlic
1 c. broccoli
1 c. cauliflower
1 carrots, grated
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dried basil cloves, crushed
1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 tomato, cut in wedges
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic salt
1 c. Zesty Italian dressing to taste

Cook noodles according to directions on package. Drain and add all ingredients except tomatoes. Mix lightly. Chill. Add tomato wedges around salad before serving.
